1. What led you to the food industry?
I have loved working with food since I was a child. I enjoy making people happy with a great meal and a great drink like a “Margarita.”
2. What would you like the Georgetown neighbors to know about Los Cuates?
We have outdoor seating for summer and indoors private room at second floor.

3. What meal do you recommend for first time guests?
Tacos Al carbon and fajitas are the best choice.
