Why did you enter the food industry?

What interested me in food industry is that I like food and serving healthy food for people.

Feeding my guests is my pleasure. I always add something new to the menu. Growth in food industry is the key for success.

Why did you choose to open a café in Georgetown?

I discovered Georgetown community 5 years ago while I was a food vendor in the Georgetown Farmers Market. The Georgetown community is very helpful and nice. I always wanted to open a small place to serve healthy food here.




What would you recommend to a first time customer?

I recommend for the first customers to try our Kofta soufflé savory, homemade quiches, our meat or vegetarian lasagnas and handmade sweets such as Backlawa.

Quiches are $7.99 Meat lasagna $16.99 Vegetarian lasagna $13.99
